One-On-One Mindfulness Sessions

Is it challenging for your child to focus at school? Do they have a hard time making friends or communicating their wants and needs? Do they occur to you as angry or sad most of the time? Are they unable to let go of the thoughts that no longer serve them? Perhaps they are having trouble with their homework and would benefit from learning some critical thinking skills? We can help with all of these issues and more, so your child can show up powerfully every day and be able to live peaceful, healthy, fulfilling lives. Both virtual and in-person sessions are available!
